Anterior Crowns Can Change Your Smile

This week, we have a patient who came to us wanting a Hollywood smile! As you can see in the before picture, he had a chipped tooth, but he also suffered from an uneven bite. He was experiencing jaw pains because of his bite, and he hated smiling because of his teeth. 

We discussed many options with him and ultimately decided that anterior crowns were the solution for him!

What are Anterior Crowns?

When most people think of a crown, they think of a crown covering the back teeth, such as molars. However, we can also use crowns to adjust front teeth as well – these are called anterior crowns.

You can see the dramatic difference in the before and after pictures! Not only does his smile look like you see in the movies, but he can now chew properly, his jaw pain went away, and now he loves to smile! You just can't you can't smile enough these days. So, it was really great to see that transformation.
