Does My Tooth Need to be Removed?

At Coshocton Dentistry, we offer many options to help you keep your natural teeth whenever possible, though sometimes, infections or decay has taken too much of the tooth and must be extracted.

Why is it Important to have all of Your Teeth?

Having all of your teeth is very important, not only for a confident and beautiful smile, but also for function such as chewing and digestion, speech, and keeping the structure of your mouth intact.

Fractured Teeth and Old Crown Decay

Fractured teeth and decaying teeth can usually be saved by placing a crown over the top of the original tooth. At our office, we have a CEREC machine that allows us to create a custom crown for your tooth in just one visit!

These crowns help save your natural tooth and keep you and your smile healthy!

Gum Issues and Spilt Teeth

Sometimes, when a tooth is beyond repair, we have to extract the tooth and replace it. We have a couple of replacement options, but the best choice is to go with a dental implant.

Dental implants can help restore your smile and the full function of your teeth and still look 100% natural.
